If you have three or more teeth in a row missing you can decide to have an implant retained bridge. In this solution the crowns are linked together and depending on the size of the gap the bridge is placed on a secure and stable base of two or more implants.
After precise planning the implants are placed in the jaw at one appointment. A temporary restoration may be placed to fill the gap while the implants fuse with the bone. Once the implants are firmly rooted a tooth coloured bridge is fitted on top, matching the shape and colour of the surrounding teeth.
" Very easy process and accommodating of my irregular university timetables. Very nice dentist. Very happy with my lovely straight teeth. "
